Hotsync problem: Outlook & Powerrun?

I recently decided to try powerrun to help free memory with Mobipocket. Suddenl;y I can't sync with Outlook getting a message similar to Outlook or MS Exchange Server busy, however Quickshhet and Mobi sync fine. I uninstalled Powerrun, but the problem still exists.

I see a red "lightninbolt" next to some of my files on the Clie, including Datebook 5, but don't know what that is for. I really don't think is is a MS Exchange issue.

The only place I have seen a red lightning bolt was with Pilot Install on the desktop PC.

I only sync with the Palm Desktop, so I can't help with Outlook.

I know. I have never noticed these red thunderboltys before and even if it were pinstall, it wouldn't show on the Clie.

are you using jackflash?

the red lighting bolts typically refer to files in ram, placed there via jackflash.

OK, now ther eis a new twist, or maybe I should say it is narrowed down somewhat.

It only is a problem with Datebook, nothing else. Addresses are fine, etc. It does not seem to want to read the Outlook file.

I cleaned out all old dates and even went in and set each and everyone that was not set to a category to one (A bunch). Compacted the PST, still no luck.

Any suggetions?

I have the same problem with my outlook datebook tryng to sync with my palm zire 71.

i find some recurring appointments duplicated but it doesn't seems to be the cause. I used scanpst and others tools but it's not working anyway.
