Great, I've heard on PIC that Palm tries to avoid implementing any suggestions we have to their products.

After this letter, Palm will have more clues on how to make products that we all hate.

This company is doomed and this letter won't help. Their albatross the Foleo is now delayed because it can't do the one thing it was designed for, sync well with Treos.

I've given up hoping for Palm to survive.

I hate to agree, but I'm left with no choice. My TX will be the last Palm I own unless something truly mind blowing comes out (which is highly unlikely).

Engadget has been following Palm long enough to know they don't care what users, pundits, reviewers, or developers think or say. (I'm surprised there are any Palm developers left considering how many times they've been screwed and/or left in the dark by Palm.) The article's a good read nonetheless.
