Using Jog Dial in Silver Screen

Hi NXers! I need to know if the jog dial can be used in the NX70V at all while using Silver Screen. I WAS able to use it in my SJ30, but in my new NX70V it only pops up the recent apps list. I know there is no "Jog Dial" in Preferences, so maybe a hack or app will allow me to use it again???
