Can I sync both MS Outlook and Palm desktop..

Is it possible to sync both MS Outlook and Palm Desktop at the same time?

I'm using Puma Intellisync lite that came with my T-415. It seems I'm having problems even understanding the documentation that came the CD.:D

in the desktop software, open the mail area and set it up for your version of outlook. once sync with the desktop and mail is coordinated with your handheld. read the help menu.
