For long time Treo users, i am just curious if the letters on your thumb boards fade. I currently have bestskinsever skinned the rest of the body of my 755p, and the keypad unprotected. I was wondering if i have to buy a flexi case or something to protect the keypad too. I love my BSE skin, its just the unprotected keypad that worries me :)

I used a Treo 600 for a couple of years and have been using my Treo700 for over a year now. I have not noticed any wearing away of the lettering. I use a case that covers the letters but always take it out of the case to type on it. I would say it's a fair bet that you will memorize the key locations long before any sign of wear starts to show. Actually, you're more likely to get a new phone before you wear them out.

Ditto for me too on my Treo 650 bought in March 2006 (yes, a bit late in the game).
