Sorry to take up room here, but I'm a bit stuck otherwise. I recently lost my Prefs on my T|X, and with them all my software registrations. For some reason, I can't find the registration code info. for UDMH, and I've been unable to get PalmPowerUps.com to send it to me. If Dmitry is reading this, I hope he can check his e-mail from me and help me out. Thanks, and I now return you to your regularly scheduled message board. {ProfJonathan}

I know you're not looking for a message from me, but I thought I'd pass on what I do. I keep all my reg info in SplashID (for handheld and PC software). The fact that splashID has a desktop component makes it impossible to lose this important info.

I keep mine in a file as well on my T|X, mirrored to my PC. Only problem is, the UDMH info. was not (for some inexplicable reason) there. :( Thanks.

Try mailing his Gmail account between 8-9pm (EST) on the weekends. He has responded to my emails at that time very quickly.

This happened to me after updating my Treo with the Sprint MR. Thanks to his unnecessary hoops and long delays in responding Uncache is the one and only thing I've purchased - or will - from this guy.

After finally getting the new reg I stopped using Uncache because it breaks more things than if fixes (default browser, can't use the Send option in Resco Explorer, can't launch web links from emails, and others I'm forgetting). :(

Now don't get me wrong, I do not know the entire situation, but I have no problems with UnCache perhaps the best 6$ i've spent on software.

Operator error perhaps? ;-) Dmitry's stuff is powerful, not easy to tame, but they cause very little problems if you think.

Again, not trying to be offensive, just kinda frustrated.

I hope you know you have to setup uncache to make it do what you want. I agree with phreakonaleash that almost all of Dmitry's apps are the best investments I've ever made. (If you dont use umdh or powerdigi I laugh at your disadvantage)

And if you havent figured it out yet, Dmitry is almost always creating new programs and updates and if im not mistaken becomes somwhat obsessive.

between creating programs, debuging, and taking school courses, I think that that suffices as a logical reason why dmitry isnt always "quick to respond"

Catching him on the IM is probably the best way for him to help you because its quicker and less time-consuming than managing emails.

*and common give him a break, its technicaly the buyers responcibility to keep track of their passwords.*

OK, well I was having "a moment" when I wrote that post and didn't really mean to bash (sorry Dmitry!). I'm having a better day.

I did set up Uncache correctly and read posts on various forums after I got it to make sure I had it right. To be fair, it does its job well and is the only app I've come across that will keep apps like EzRocker enable after a reset, though PalmOS (or EzRocker itself) finds a way to un-enable it eventually. I miss it, but unfortunately I also missed being able to click web links in emails and sending files via IR/BT from within Resco Explorer and ended up disabling Uncache.
