Tried Pocket Link, which plays fair with hires+ but wiggs out at every attempt to load a page. blah.

Tried Blazer, and it works ok, but is not hires, and has to be piped through handspring's proxy, which ends up getting in a pissing contest with tmobiles (more effective) proxy.

any suggestions?

Your right, they all suck! Still waiting for a nice widescreen version.

I used Xiino all the time with my N770C/E. It isn't high res but i could load far the most different web-sites and even buy apps at palmgeard. I is able to download and install prc-files aswell. I really liked the money-saving feature reading the actual page offline and clicking on all links to load the later, afterwards retrieve all clicked links and go offline again to read the downloaded pages.

It might me that there will be a high-res-version of avantgo which is also a on-line-webbrowser (as for os 5 they already have a highres-version).

PocketLink does good job, as long as your chach size is larger then the page you intend to visit.
