Hello to all,

I bought an NX70v two weeks ago, and it has surpassed all of my expectations (which were pretty high to begin with).

I quickly found this forum, and I have been lurking here ever since. This place is amazing, I've found answers to just about every question that has come up for me.

A few questions remain, though, about alternate launchers. Are they as stable as the Sony launcher (which I like a lot so far)? Also, is skinning the Sony launcher more stable than using an alternate one? Stability is important to me, and I live without those slicker interfaces if I have to. I'll admit that I've seen some custom screens that look amazing and would like to try.

So far, I've wowed many people by playing movie trailers using Kinoma, and showing off PocketSat+. The video camera even got me a ride on some dude's Segway! I love AcidImage and many other goodies that I've found by looking here.

I love this place!

rgds,

Pete

I've been using Facer (pocketcraft.com) for well over a month now and am a complete fan. Highly stable & well featured launcher + today view, and with a very flexible themes (skinning) facility.

I like launcherX which works well with new CF driver. Very stable and I have not had it crash or give me many problems...

...however its been out there a while and I have not seen any new updates mentioned recently. It is definately not as flashy as Zlauncher in that you can not place any cool background pics or download any cool new skins.

Zlauncher is the big one around here, I like and use YiShow but I would download the Zlauncher demo and try it out (and any other you may like).

ZLauncher is by far (per poll results) the most popular. It all depends on your needs. It's basically a personal thing, but it's very stable, feature rich, very stable, excellent support, and one of the cheapest.

ZLauncher is solid as a rock. Give it a try!

I have tried YiShow, LauncherX, ZLauncher and MegaLauncher.
All are stable.

The top two launchers are ZLauncher and YiShow.
