I have MS 64MB & 128MB.
I'm having problem to decide how i should organize my data, apps, mp3, movie trailer, flash...in my MSs.
Currently I put the trailers & flash files in my 64.
The 128 stick is for apps & MP3s. But doesn't seem to have enough space for 2 albums MP3. :( coz I hv quite lotta apps (run using Powerrun), bible, docs, pics..in my 128 stick.
Of course I can't separate the apps, docs from my MP3s...coz I always listen to MP3 while using the apps.
So any tips how I sud organize my data?
I guess the best solution is to get a MS Pro eh? :D

I have the same set up. I use my 64MB for Power Run aps, photos, a few Flash files and Ebooks. That takes up most of it. I use the 128MB for MP3s and Trailers.
I agree its not enough space. I'm thinking of picking up more memory soon.

I have one 64M and three 128M MSs. I use one 128M for my main MS. It has about 19M free after all my photos, databases of RAM apps, backup of RAM, and lots of Bible translations and commentaries.
The other two 128s and the 64 I use for music (MP3s). I set up folders on my PC to have the proper amount of songs that total near 122M so I can quickly change the content on my MSs. ;)

archangel, under your current setup you won't be able to use your PowerRun apps while listening to MP3....
I'm used to listen to MP3 while reading my ebooks.. :-(

Have Mp3s E-books and apps you use while listening to music on one card.
The rest on the other.

What I've done is copy whatever book I'm currently reading to main memory along with any apps I'm frequently using. I keep my other ebooks and less frequently used aps on the stick. That way I can do most of the stuff I want when listening to MP3s.
Occasionally there is an ap or two I will want to use and its on the other memory stick. So I don't have anywhere near a perfect solution. I'm going to either get a MS Pro or CF card soon.

Use 128 as 'Main'- put PowerRun, apps, etc., and your ABSOLUTE 'faves' of movies, music, etc. as space allows here (leaving a few meg for the next part)
Use 64 as a 'loader'. Carry other books, music, movies, etc. on it that you want, but not as immediately as the other stuff. Load it to RAM memory when you want to use it simultaneously with listening to MP3, etc.
Keep your eyes open for cheap Memory Sticks and add another 128.
When you have another 128, use it as your 'loader', then use the 64 for back-ups, programs you rarely use, etc. (Call it 'Archive' or something)

Great idea, madkins007.
I may want to go for either MS Pro 256 or MS Select 256.
Which one is better?

The solution to everyones problem is a 1 GB CF card and the EruWare driver...:D
Just got my NX60 yesterday!! But I my Memory Stick is about 10 days away (darn that Free Shipping). TOTAL newbie question here - can I store MP3 files in the main memory or do I HAVE to use a Memory Stick? Thanks in advance.

MP3 files will not install to your Clie's RAM! :( Hope your MS arrives soon, because without it you are missing out on a lot of the functionality and beauty of your PDA! :)
OK, I couldn't wait for the mail, so I went out an bought a memory stick. Now I feel like a COMPLETE idiot. This is just about the most basic question that has even been asked on this Board. How do I copy my MP3 files onto the memory stick? I've read people saying they just drag and drop them on the MS, but no where in Windows Explorer does the Clie and/or MS show up. It used to be a separate drive for my iPaq, but that doesn't appear to be the case here. Please forgive my stupidity. Thanks

sdf,
If you haven't already, install MS Export on your PC.
From that point forward, all you need to do is run MS Import on your PDA and windows will automagically create a drive letter that represents the MS installed in your PDA.
Now that you have a valid drive letter in explorer, just start copying files to the the \PALM\Programs\MSAudio folder on the MS (that is the folder that the MP3 player looks for the mp3s).

Try the new Memory Stick Select if you have an older Clie. You get the best of all worlds and you don't have to carry multiple sticks. Even beeter the cost is lower than 2 128MB MS.
