Its high time LauncherX gets upgrade.

I like LauncherX and it works well with CF driver, but its been quite some time since they have made any upgrades. Any word on if one is in the works to be released any time soon?

It needs

1. ability to have multiple backgrounds.
2. better icons.
3. show CF card along with MS card on quick launch bar.
4. room for more tabs
5. ability to launch any program and their database from MS/CF and sync it during hot sync... programs such as epocrates, worldmate, or mobile pocket reader.

:) Seriously, though. I bought LX and was disappointed when few of the highly publicized and promised features were not delivered. Before that, I paid for Silver Screen but grew frustrated with the lack of updates and themes. I hated to spend MORE money on another launcher, but I did. Purchasing ZL was well worth the additional $12.

I agree to hherbzilla. I used SIlverscreen, Megalauncher and ZLaucher too before i came to ZLauncher.
LaucherX took very long from the announcement to the relase. They promised active skins are still missing. No alternative skins are available, no updates coming, so over all it seems to have a small or slow developerteam.
I would not hope for any update in the near future but swith to ZLauncher instead. I did not regret it, those were the best 12$ spent for a launcher, and i did spent a lot of money for others before!
