Can you use it with your UX ? i'm not sure UX is supported.

I can't, I get error 773 or 884.
I've tried V1.54 and V1.55.
I use a thin zip-link.

Maybe this help:

"Q: PdaReach will not connect and gives me a 773 error. How to resolve this?
A: Version 1.55 and 1.54 use different methods to communicate with the PDA, as a result certain types of Palm Devices might not be able to connect smoothly with one of these two versions.
