Duplicate Files After Upgrade

Does anyone know how to delete system file dups? I downloaded program upgrades that were to eliminate problems associated with the use of the new Memory Stick Pros. I downloaded Clie Files 1.1 and now have both 1.0 and 1.1, eating up 238K each. The same is true of Card Info4.5S (21K) and Prefs 1.01 (7K).

I had this problem with Cliefiles but not sure about the others. I better check. Got rid of the extra cliefiles by deleting one (probably newest one) and then reinstalling 1.1 but first make sure version 1.0 is in RAM. Seemed to work.

The original files are in ROM and can NOT be deleted.
