The Plucker versions are better as they have hyperlinked tables of contents.

The Plucker versions are better as they have hyperlinked tables of contents. The Plucker versions are better. I grabbed and installed both versions to compare them. Aside from the hyperlinked ToCs, the Plucker files have a consistent naming convention, and display in correct order in Plucker's library list. The Mobi files are another matter.
Thanks for doing this. It's a boon.
