Hey all,
I was able to get my old forums with all the CLIE related information back up. I still need to upload some files and pictures but the text content is there. Sorry for the amazingly long delay but I was somewhat bummed the multiple times I tried before to get it working.
Thanks JimitheRttenKid for your inquiry. It made me try one more time.

thanks man, where were you like 4 months ago when I needed something off your site (FFMPEG transcode).
Oh well, good to see it back it, it's a great resource for ux-50 tips.

Sorry. School + I kind of gave up on my forums since my multiple attempts to get it working didn't work. This time around, I just removed some of the text out of the mySQL backup code and it worked. I wasn't so brave to do that before I guess.

haha, don't sweat it man. You've already done enough for the now extremely defunct UX-50. Heck, I don't even use mine for anything other than bejeweled 2 while sitting on the throne now. It's depressing really.

Yea. Mine doesn't hold a charge :( Looking back at all that work. It makes me feel like it could have been so much more :(. I feel at this point that I can't go back because of the memory format and the RAM. I am also a smartphone person now.

Although I don't have a UX50, it's still very nice to see a great Palm/Clie site reborn from the dead. Congrats!!!

As you've gotten out of the world of Clie, I've gotten into it.
What program did you use to make/compile your Vista Skin (http://www.jamerican.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=54) for UX?
I want to swap the menu and home button icons as well as shrink the windows logo circle to fit in the menu area.

Puppetteer,
It's been 2 years since you asked. Sorry. Seems like you haven't been back since last year.

Hi! JAmerica,
Sorry to bother you. I have a TH55, and I need a later version of World Alarm Clock. The former version cannot run on my TH55. My e-mail :

Thanks.

All mods here are for show. I've created a lot of these mods while some I've incorporated into my UX from others' successes. I do not recommend anyone trying these modifications without having some background or understanding in the manipulation of these devices. I've personally destroyed a UX40 due to my own mistakes. I do not want to see anyone leave this forum with a broken device. So please, do not attempt without considering the consequences. I am in no way responsible for any losses that might come about through the attempt of these modifications.
This forum serves as a resource to CLIE users. Please use it responsibly.

For World clock I have the TG and NX-73 OS 5.0 versions. A lot of those OS5 program versions do not transfer to TH-55. I am not sure UX 50 had World Clock....
