My roomate bought a "software return" for $340(80% of current cost) at Bestbuy. Unit looked perfect. She used it for 2 days and the screen went buggy. Returned it and the clerk exchanged it for a new unopened one. Said, "Wow, you must have gotten this on sale-$340 is a really good price!" I would recomend buying an opened package one at Bestbuy as long as you buy their service-replacement contract along with it. GP
