Directly copying PRC files to CF card....

Since I got my CF Driver and memory, I got myself a nice portable CF reader/writer. Now, I can actually download .prc files from different computers, and load them right up to my CF card.

Problem is, after I transfer files from CF to Clie, most of the applications don't work. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to do this?
