Don't know where to post this but I can't seem to get a activation code sent to my new email adress. I get all my other fourm boards updated and codes from them but not 1src. Help.

what activation codes are you talking about??

Also, check yoiu have the correct email address in your 1Src profile..

The message at the top says this


Your account is awaiting email confirmation. Please click the activation link in the email you were sent, or visit this page to resend the activation email. If you did not receive the email then it's possible it was blocked by your email client. In this case you can either disable your blocker software or enter a new email address in your profile.


I checked and the email is correct but I am not getting the instant reply emails.

Maybe you need to add 1src to your address book.

If that does not help then you are being blocked, use a different email client.

How do i email 1src and ask them to check into this? I have updated on brighthand, treocentral,bbFourms,and many more all running the same fourm software and they all have updated my email address.

whats going on. :confused:

Could ask Joel about it? He's one of the main honchos around here. :)Give him a lil pm about this, though I'm sure he proably saw this by now.

got it working yesterday. I don't know who fixed it but it works now. I had to change 6 tech forum board accounts they are all the same software and 1src is the only one that would work in 30 secs of changing the email. strange but glad to have my account back up.
