Fatal Exception - Reset

I've installed and registered the driver and utility, but every time I try to mount a cart I get a Fatal Alert - Fatal Exception - Reset window and nothing happens. I tried the slow mount etc. but it keeps making me reset the machine.

Can anybody help?

Make sure you have the right registration info and unlock key, some users had problems with this also.

Please keep it mind that it's all case sensitive and is what got a few users in trouble.

Same problem here! Actually the problem was that my hotsync ID had a space between two words. I had to use the supplied .prc to detect the correct ID. The weird thing is that entering the reg code did not give any error. It just seemed as if it had it accepted but then it didn't. I kept freezing. Anybody with the same effect? Was this ment to be this way?

I do know they went through a lot of trouble to stem piracy, eactly what was done was not shared. It did seem to stop the problem cold in it's tracks.
