Hi all, finally, I just got my gunmetal grey NX70V today! Yes. It absolutely worth every penny and the trade. By the way, I am selling my mint NR70V and leather case on ebay.

My question now is how do I safely transfer my addresses, datebook, to-do-list, etc. to the new OS5? I use Mac so just updated my Missing Sync to work with NX70. Do I just put the thing on the cradle and sync? Any directions would be appreciated. CAn I beam the information?

I will be getting the Sony WiFi card in a few days and hopefully the Belliago case in a week.

For the 4 base applications (Address Book, Calendar, Memo Pad and To Do), change the hotsync option to Desktop overwrites handheld to copy the data from the PC to your new NX.

For any third party applications, I would install the applications first and repeat the above process if they have desktop components.  If not, beam the information from your old PDA to the NX.

I was able to transfer all my data and applications to a new PDA in about and hour and a half.

All I did was install the desktop software from the new NX cd and hot sync and it all worked just fine... by the way I use the Agendus desk top and not the Palm... but it is installed...
