ok got Photo Skin an Yishow Launcher

Ok now I have a launch3er program (never did figure out how to use the skins for Clie Launcher) and Photo Skin. Yishow I figured out for the most part except how to change Icons, I can not figure out where I am suposed to put the files on MS and how to change them once I have. The other thing is Phot Skin I get a error message saying I am missing DB something or other. I noticed it also refers to gmedia (Ithink that was it). Do I have to have the old picture vewing software for it to work? Like I have Said I am completely new to this, my last PDA was the S320 and my new one is the NZ90. Oh I purshased a full copy of Yishow, and I am not for sure I like it completely to I was thinking of getting Zlauncher any suggestions? One last one from me, how do you move the icons around on the screen, there is a BG I have that the face of the character is blocked out due to an icon, is there a way I can move icons like in Windoze? OR does it auto arange all the time? Thank you for every ones help.

PS I have WonderSilk installed I like the Cubes!. Though I would like Photo Skin to work.

Try reposting this in the NZ forum ans see if you get a response. I don't have answers to your question as I have an NX, but I know ZL is the top launcher around these boards:)
