It's all good, I paid $1600 for two NR's end of last sumer. I bought extended warranties and MS also. Just a tax right for me.

Here's one at Overstock.com. Mixed reviews regarding their service though:

What made me smile is the part near the bottom: "Customers who bought this item often buy..." and it lists a pair of Bolle Conga Sunglasses. :D

I wish these prices were reflected in the retail stores here on the East Cost. Most are selling the NX60 for the same price at the NX70 (if they are selling the 60 at all!)

The NX70V has finally been dropped down to $499 with a free case at sonystyle.com. Also, both the Best Buy and Circuit City websites have it listed for $499, and Circuit City has it as a clearance item. "Get it while supplies last."

It's pretty obvious that neither store carries the NX60. The Circuit City website lists it at the same price as the NX70V - $499, while the Best Buy website does not seem to list it at all. At least my search failed to find it.

Part of me thinks this is just price wars, and Sony is dropping to keep sales going. But the fact that Circuit City has them as a clearance item really sticks in the back of my mind.
