TG50 cases out yet???

It seems very similar to the BRando, in fact i think that it is probably OEMed out or something..

Verdict - I like it better than the Brando somewhat, very nice leathery smell. However, dont think that it can compare to COvertec or even better, VAja cases!!! If only they made them for the TG50.

FOr the money i paid, RM 120 (bout USD 35) got it from a friend in Japan, it is worth the money. Even with the leather casing, it is still thinner than an IPAQ!!!!!!!! :D No problems with pocketability, as long as you wear slightly loose jeans or pants.

i have the brando case (flip version) for a few days now. i like it. i like the way it attaches (it clips into the little cutouts on the back and bottom ), but wonder how well they'll hold the unit as they stress with age.

guess by then vaja, eb or piel frama will have a case. or maybe it'll hold fine.

Last I heard though, Vaja has no plans to come out with a case. Lack of demand? :(

WOuld really love a case that allows you to hotsync, i think the only one coming out soon would be the one made by Extreme Limits. Somebody get it and tell us how it is. Maybe I will consider changing. :D

Here is a pouch case that fits the TG50 perfectly! It is nylon, is padded on the front and back and has a slot for memory cards. There is another slot on the back for cards etc. It also has a really strong steel belt loop:

I got mine for $19.99 at a local sporting goods store. Check your area. I don't know about on-line ordering.

how bout a flip case but with a belt hook on it of some sort? anyone? kind of like the flip phone ones? That would be perfect. Also on the wishlist remains the ability to hotsync but I'll settle for a case w/o that.

I picked up one of those targus cases at Fry's the other day for $7. It's rather bulky, so I doubt I'll use it as my primary case, but it'll suffice until something decent comes along with a belt clip.

heheh, mines almost a year old now. Watch out, the seams are just glued together and they start to fall apart. I guess it might be time for a new case...but which one...?

Just bumped into a pleasant surprise. Looks like Covertec HAS come out with a TG50 case, in colors other than standard black. Enter >> tg50 << in the search box at : http://www.MobilePlanet.com . You'll get a hit list, with the device, plus 3 Covertec cases. No pics though, so no clue if it syncs in case, etc. I've googled up the wazoo, without any luck. Availability is listed as 2-3 days. Can't call til Monday to confirm specifics. If anyone does glimpse a pic, pls post the URL here. TIA.

I just bought a Fellowes leather case for my TG-50 and memory stick from Best Buy for $10. It's pretty nice, the leather feels a little slippery though.
