Memory Stick formatting question

Is there a limited number of times memory sticks can be formatted?

I have a NR70 and a Lexar 128 MB memory stick.

I've had my NR70 and memory stick for about two weeks, and I've probably formatted it like 5 times since then.

most flash memory is rated at about 10,000 writes giver or take a few thousand. formatting is just a form of writing, nothing more. :)
