I do.

I use iCal, iSync, and Address book and sync each day. The only piece I miss is some sort of memo sync.

I have debated using Entourage for that functionality, but the free Apple apps are too cool.

You will need "The Missing Sync" from www.markspace.com to get things rolling. Well worth the price.
