I just bought a new SJ22 and IT support has tried several times to get it to sync with my network PC. Our company does not use the standard Palm Hotsync program. Instead they use XTNDConnect PC to synchronize PDA devices running Palm OS to Notes 5.01. The PC is not able to find the Clie SJ22. They were able to connect a Clie SJ20 for another employee. Help!
