How do move files to MS using Clie Files?

i try to move the programs to MS using Clie Files, but a error pops up saying "Directory information could not be obtained". I know i did something wrong...but i am no idea how this works. Do i need the powerrun program to do this though?

Do you move just the application only to the /Palm/Launcher folder? Databases have to stay in RAM, unless you use PowerRun, highly recommended.
