you have to set it manually on your Clie, it won't hotsync the time into it.

Not sure why hotsync is not making the changes, but you may want to try a freeware program w/ conduit called TimeCopy. It's available at FreewarePalm.com (http://www.freewarepalm.com/clock/timecopy.shtml). (Direct link to TimeCopy page)
Good luck!

Hi Steve!
I found out yesterday that if your using Worldmate v9.2, it has a major problem with the date and time. I don't know if your using any other apps to sync the time. Check your offset too, should be -5.00 hours from GMT in other apps or set to Eastern Standard Time daylight savings on..

Yes, I am using World Mate 9.2! Maybe that is part of the problem. I will try the other fixes and see what happens.

Yes, go back to version 9.1, there is another thread on it, I think it was in the app forum. I discovered it after the PowerRun beta 1.3b1 had timed out on me 15 days too soon. I contacted the developer and he told me to check the date in my Clie. The time was 5 hours off and 5 months off too. I reinstalled Worldmate v9.1 and now it's fixed. I use mine normally via WiFi, not through the PC. This is applicable only to the NX70 and maybe the NZ too!
Also in Worldmate v9.2, they did away with the little sailboat in the map view :(
