Memo alternatives

I have been using Documents to Go with a pc instead of Palm memo, because you can set bookmarks. Now that I have a Mac (G4 imac, osx), should I upgrade to the premium version, or try another app such as Wordsmith?

I don't know why it's so complicated to for someone to write an app to sync the memo's in OSX. It can't be complicated. It would be nice for someone to just write a conduit to the Stickies application. That's my only drawback to using a Mac so far. I love it otherwise.
