How Do you Post Screenshots?

Could somebody please tell me how to post .jpg's to this site. When I hit the insert image thing it asks me for text, I can't seem to figure it out. I've had a couple occasions were I would love to post screenshots but couldn't, I even looked in the 1SRC FAQ but still couldn't find instructions.

you host the image somewhere and input the link to it when asked for text

Or you make a post and then scroll down below where the "Submit" "Preview" & "Spell Check" buttons are to "Attach Files". This will show a thumbnail in your post.

I run a windows version of Apache on my desktop and host all my screenshots from there.
