how to store pictures taken with camera on CF (instead of MS)?

if you have both a ms and cf in at the same time (and using the "trick" - how do you take camera pictures, and point them to be stored on the cf?

You can't, it won't let you it's also known issue #7 in the known issue readme that comes with the driver.
