when I try to use the mobile connection I get the message that I have to install palm desktop utilities..where can I find these?

Hi Darlene,

I guess your trying to use the Mobile Connection Wizard. Some others have experienced the same thing. I don't know if they ever resolved the issue or why it's asking for Palm Desktop Utlilites. Do you use the Sony version or Palm version desktop? The only Palm Desktop utility I can think of, is the install tool which should be on everyone's desktop.
