Hi guys,
I have problems with my Tx with the digitizer and people recommended me to use the POWERDIGI from dmytry.
I have installed the program but after the last point of calibration a message PLEASE WAIT appears and the palm performs a soft reset.
Using the programa FILEZ I´ve found that the file POWERDIGI DB keeps the same size of before (2k) with no records, which means that nothing was saved.
Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot.

I'm not certain as I used it long time ago, but I think it is supposed to reset. Is your digitizer any better?

Mine resets and I know it reset my digitizer - you can tell by going back into PD after the reset and tapping on test to check how you did.

I´ve tried to TEST, but the problems remains the same. The last position I could get in the TEST area is 319,469 and after I press a key to exit the test, the palm resets again... Anything else I could try?

You can also use digichek to check your digitizer, although it only works in 320x320 mode so you can't test the bottom third of your screen (DIA area). I believe it is at www.freewarepalm.com.

Thanks Cyberdude for your promptly reply.
If the digicheck doesnt test the DIA area, it will not work for me, because looks like the digitizer is working pretty good at the top part of the screen. The problems begin exactly below the DIA area, specially where the status bar is...

Do you have myKBD? If so, load the ROM keyboard before you recalibrate, disable palmRevolt, etc. It helps the most to load the ROM skin for MyKBD, then do a warm reset.
This is how I fixed my problems with PowerDIGI. Apparently it doesn't like other apps interefering.

Thats the same area I had problems with my TX. Luckily for me PD fixed it. I also have mykbd and found that the digitizer routine in it did not help. Alex Pruss was actually trying to get the powerdigi digitizer routines from dmitry so he could license them with mykbd. (unfortunately for the mykbd owners Dmitry decided to make it an app onto itself)

Is there anyway to get in touch with Dmitry to get some help with his program?

PM or instant message are the best ways followed by email to his gmail account. Get all his contact info from www.palmpowerups.com homepage.

You can get it here:
http://www.palmpowerups.com/priv/PowerDiGi_1300.prc
I found 1.2.1.0 to be more stable on my TX.
http://www.palmpowerups.com/priv/PowerDiGi_1210.zip
Every version of PowerDIGI I have tried causes resets from time to time when calibrating. Just keep trying and eventually it will save the calibration.
