Do you guys know of any alternatives to NotePad and Expense. They both seem like great apps and unfortunately they are not on my SJ30. Is there a way to get them or perhaps use something better?
I've used Diddlebug, but there is no way to sync it with Palm Desktop 4.1. I know with Notepad, you can sync with PD4.1.
Edit: I manged to get NotePad thanks the HacTheSac, I am still looking for Expense or an alternative application to it. Some recommendations would be great.

If you use Microsoft Money

If you use Quicken

Both of these are top of the line products. Not much really compares.

Nothing compares to the ease of Expense and the fact that it's included with Jpilot. Anyone find a way to get expense on the newer Palm OSs'?

Quikbudget for my expenses and budget
or if you just want to jot down your daily expenses, the excellent free handyshopper will do the trick.
I use wordsmith to enhance my memopad, never tried notepad before *shrug*.

You can use Windlebug or DiddleEx to view Diddlebug pix on the PC. No editing, but both can export to .bmp.

I never liked the Expense program either when I had it on my visor deluxe and visor prism. I use Balancebook to track my money. There is no desktop program to sync it with though.
Hi Guys,
Just found this thread :)
We are the developer of Expense Book Plus (http://www.bitmaster.com.au/software/) and we're planning on releasing an update within the next couple of weeks and would welcome feedback.
BTW: Expense Book Plus also has a Windows Conduit.
