Dear all,
After an automatic turn-off with no operation, it can't be powered up again, even the reset. moreover, the power LED also can't light when I put it to charging dock. Anyone please help me analyze this? thank you!

Welcome to 1src!
More details please. By automatic turn-off, you do mean crash, correct? Where you low on battery at this time?

not crash, a normal power saving setting to automatic turn off when you leave the unit with no operation for several minutes, and on that time the battery may be around 80% full.

Remove internal battery; let sit 4-6 hours; put battery back in; charge 1-2 hours; cross fingers; try to start
