PDF -> HTML, DOC, etc

Is there any ways to convert a PDF to an html file? DOC file? Other than ADobe Acrobat Full editon (the expensive one :() I have found nothing.

On the free front, you can get the Mobipocket desktop and their program will convert some docs, pdf into a mobipocket file readable on their desktop on the PC computer or on a handheld....

I just wanted to transform it into a html file so it could be plucked... Is there any shareware apps? I only need to transform one or two sets and be done.
