GospelShare has Louis Second in Bible+ format. It's a free download and it's here http://gospelshare.org/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=6

Thanks a lot brother.

Olive Tree bibles are encrypted with DRM - they cannot (for licensing reasons, among others) be converted to Bible+ format.
However, most PC bibles can be converted to Bible+ format with a bit of work and some tools. Instruction links are available at the palmbibleplus website.

There's a free PC version of NASB you can download from Lockman Foundation's website. That may be a good starting pt if you're interested in compiling a palmbibleplus version. NIV also has a $9.99 CD you can buy from Fry's that has a PC reader version.
