backup memory stick

What kind of software can I use to backup my entire memory stick? If for some reason I need to reformatted it, I can just restore from my back on my PC.

Put Clie on the cradle and launch MSImport. When you see the Removable drive in the PC's Windows Explorer (assuming you have Windows OS), drag and drop your MS files to where ever you want to store the files in PC.
