I just got a Jabra BT150 for my cel phone and was wondering if there are any ways to get this to work with a TX, maybe VOIP? Is this supported by the TX?

I know BT headset profile is not directly supported by the TX. However, there may be some third party software that does. I do not know. I remember reading about someone having a BT headphone (audio playback) supporting software. But have not yet heard of a headset supporting software.

That's for listening to music, but what I want to know is if there is a way to use a headset made for communicating with a cel phone work with a TX so you can do VOIP or maybe record voice memos. That sort of thing.

YouŽll still need SoftickAudioGateway. HereŽs one program that does what you want: http://www.hamptonsoftware.co.uk/articulation/ They have many VoIP providers to work with their app. Skype still is not present in any other Palm application AFAIK.

There 2 or 3 others which I donŽt remember now. Google may help you. :)

Could you explain how the BT headset works when the TX has no mic?

Methinks there are a few more modifications needed beyond the headset....

... maybe record voice memos. .

Unfortunately, Softick software doesn't do it :( .

And for now the software doesn`t support mono headset (http://www.softick-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=864).

It can be very - very useful feature.
