What's the easiest way to print emails/documents/sheets etc. from a Clie NX70V using the wireless network connection?

Thanks

Get a copy of Bachmann's PrintBoy: http://www.bachmannsoftware.com/pbprem.htm
That should allow you to print to most networked printers when you've got the WiFi card in the NX.

It seems that this only works if the printer has an ethernet interface and an IP address i.e. you can't use it with say a USB printer connected to your PC which you have shared on your LAN.

Unless I am misreading the documentation?

Your right, it has to be a real network printer!

is this true, even if you set up your computer to share your printer through the network?

I believe the printer does need to be directly on the network and have an IP address.

Its a whole heck of alot easier to just print via infrared or bluetooth with PDAs. I recomend PrintBoy as well. Works great with my TG-50 and a bluetooth printer adaptor

using printboy will also allow you to print via infrared by purchasing an infrared adaptor which plugs into the printer

i think from memory printboy have these for sale as well.

Printboy is a very convenient piece of softare. It helps me print out papers when I'm in school and can't get to a computer (I have a portable printer, Canon BJC85 I believe).

I tried wireless printing using PrintBoy and tech support confirms what has been said--the printer must have its own IP address. I personally have an SMC wireless hub with built-in print server, and alas, cannot use PrintBoy because of it.

I have tried PrintBoy - easy to set up and works great.

Thansk for all the replies
