Just for everyone's information, the two coupons that ash mentions are $45 Dell Home coupons on pirepheral purchases over $350. :)

Good find ash!

Another combination is to just get the Simpletech 1GB + 512MB and apply the two coupons. total is $251.69. Rebates total to $80 ($50 + $30). Total Cost: $171.69 :D

Just a warning -- I was going to get this deal also, but the 1GB SimpleTech card doesn't ship for 3+ weeks. The $50 rebate must be mailed within 15 days of date of purchase, so you probably won't get it in time to mail it. Still a good deal though.

Wont work Reggie, total has to be OVER $350. Total for the 1GB and 512MB is only $340 and coupons will be rejected. I know cause that is what I tried first! lol

It will work ash. I just placed my order. :)

Subtotal will be: $401.99 -- The system looks at the subtotal and not the total price (with the 15% off). ;) :D

I just received my Kingston 1gig. Paid $209 + tax. I read it was really good in another thread, but just by one person's comments. I haven't opened it yet and was wondering if I should return it and get this Dell offer. What would you all do?

I wish I knew about this before getting my 1 gb card. Anyway, thanks ash! Please keep us up to date on any other offers.

You can save another $6.12-$9.33 if you sign up for ebates:

http://www.ebates.com/index.jsp?referrer=tifosiv122@hotmail.com&refpageid=1

If you decide to sign up please use tifosiv122@hotmail.com as the referral.

The company is for real, and there is no membership fees, I have gotten back over $110 since I joined. Dell gives 2% back. Some companies like Staples give rebate on the total amount, where others give only on the final amount (after the discounts), I have never ordered from Dell before so I don't know how it works which is why the rebate will be between $6-9.

Thanks,
Erik

This is the best I could do, just debating whether I can outlay the cash or not.....

1GB card (A0094460), 256MB (250571) and 50 pack spindle of blank CDs (A0064939), subtotal=$350.90-$140.24-$75MIRs= $145.66.

Ugh, decisions....

Is this a good deal or not? It seems more are jumping on the amazon deal on the other post, and I am not sure why? hmmm...

This deal has rebates, some people dont like to mess with them but I make about $500 a month on rebates. I buy with deals/coupons then resell and the rebates are GRAVY money. I know guys making $5000 a month (working 40+ hours a week deal hunting). Like I said, when this is all said and done I will have gotten a 1GB CF card FOR FREE!

I ordered the 1GB card last week from Dell for $167 although it was much more expensive originally. Ebates gave me my 2% on the sale price not the original price like it does with Staples. I ended up getting back $3.33 on that one and I guess $6 on this buy, so close to another $10 back...i'm happy.

I got the rebates for the 1GB and 512MB, just email me... Dell extended the rebate period for 30 days so no worries about it getting denied if your shipment is delayed...

I just checked Dell's website. They are only showing 1 rebate(512mb).
The rebate form didn't say you couldn't buy 2 different sizes and get rebates for each. Did I get hosed?
