I have a 64 MB on and I have so far placed 4 pictures to little skits (chapelle show) and two songs on it. I know there is a 1gig Memory card out there but I can't find it in this area (spokane Wa) . I was just wondering how big do you guys think they can make these things. I think I am going to get a 256 or 512MB one for now so I can put my chapelle show episodes on it.

You answered your own question....1GB is the biggest.

There is the 128 "regular" mem stick.

Then the MS Duo that is like 2 128MB "regular" sticks in one with a switch on it.

Then there is the MSPro which is available in 256, 512 or 1GB.

Sony claims to be able to make the MS capacity up to 32GB in the future. BUT, the Pro sticks will not work with older OS 4.x models.

You are close, but the MS Duo disks are actually the new smaller sticks for use in some of the Sony-Ericsson Smart Phone (think P800). The sticks that have the switch to select between the banks is called Memory Stick Select.

Duo would not work right I would think because if you needed some of that extra 128MB.
