Document to GO with powerrun?

when I move document to go to MS it work fine before sync but it will appear two icon after sync... those two icon will hang when I tap on it... anyone encount the same problem??

Did you use Powerrun to move to ROM or the Palm Launcher prog? It does not work with Powerrun so need to use the latter i.e. Copy the Sheet to Go, SlideShow to Go from Internal to MS in /PALM/Launcher

There is a problem with Word to Go - please see Support pages at Dataviz site as tells you in more detail

How do I move the Documents To Go handheld applications to my Expansion Card?

Answer:
(Note: To Move the handheld applications to the expansion card, you must first copy the applications to the expansion card and then delete the handheld applications from the handheld)

On your handheld, tap on Home (The house in the bottom left hand corner).
Tap the drop down "Menu" icon and select "copy" from the "App" menu.
Highlight the Documents To Go handheld application that you wish to copy to your Expansion Card (such as Word To Go, Sheet To Go, Slideshow To Go, SheetView or WordView). Please note, you can not copy the main "Documents" application to the expansion card.
Select the appropriate Copy To: and From: locations and tap copy.
Repeat these steps for any other handheld application you wish to copy to the expansion card.
Please note: The above steps copied the application from the handheld to the Expansion Card. To delete the application from the handheld, do the following:

On your handheld, tap on Home.
Tap the drop down "Menu" icon and select "Delete".
Choose the option to Delete From "Handheld".
Highlight the application you wish to delete and tap the "Delete" button.
Please note: If the handheld applications have been moved to the expansion card and the card is removed, during the next synchronization Documents To Go will reinstall the handheld applications to the handheld.

I am having problems with Word to Go being moved to the expansion card as when I do this, if you try to see an email attachment, I get the error 'Viewer Not installed, please reinstall Documents to Go,. I have tried various options but no luck so Word to Go is back in RAM> I have sent query to dataviz Tech Supt but not heard anything yet.

Has anyone managed to handle HTML emails OK with Dataviz Mail?
