App request: TX/LD wallpaper adjuster

When you select a launcher wallpaper on the TX or LD, the image is cropped and resized in an odd way.

What I would like is a little applet that will automatically add just enough margin to a 320x480 image to make it actually display as 320x480 when selected as wallpaper. Is there such an applet floating around? It would be best if that ran on the palm, but a win32 app to do it would be just about as good.

I recommend Resco Image Viewer, you can adjust and crop and save jpgs right on a Palm . Not to mention it is much better than the built-in Media app for image viewing.

Not really an app but a template you can use in another image editing program, even paint.
