I just got a laptop with Vista. Seems users are able to use the Palm Desktop with it. Should I use the version on the TH55 CD or should/can I use a later version from Palm?

I used the version from the CD without issues, after you select Windows XP Service Pack 2 compatibility mode. I also tested Avantgo and Adobe Acrobat Reader for Palm, but only had a problem with Desktop 2 Go under my Vista test machine. (Oddly, Desktop 2 Go syncs once, but never after that.)

Since Desktop 2 Go has issues and I do use the product, I haven't upgraded Vista on my "production" computers, only a single Vista test computer.

Thanks. I got the CD installed and the Desktop running. Still wondering if the Clies will work with the newer desktop versions. There may be some good features.
