Hi forum!

The built in AudioPlayer has lost its database so it seems when I want to start it the following error message appears:

"Cannot find skin-data ...
Cannot find skin-db for AudioPlayer"

Is there a backup on the installation disc for the clie? Besides searching the disc I looked through the "backup" list on my computer but unfortunately did not find it.

Before doing a hardreset I hope there is another better way...

thx for your help...

In your installation disk, under audioplayer skins you should have a choice of three different skins to install. Just hotsync one of them, and then you may want to use jackflash to restore that to ROM.

You may have deleted it if you've been playing around with the ROM?!

Open filez and look for an Audioplayer_skin DB, that's about 80b in size. delete it and Audioplayer will once again pick the one which is being stored in the read-only area, which can't be corrupted. I have no idea why audioplayer sometimes creates this 80b file, maybe it's a temp file that won't deleted after a crash. Anyway, you won't loose any settings or whatever by deleting it
