Just heard back from Cust. Support at Thinkoutside:
"Your current KB-11 Sony Compact Keyboard WILL NEVER work with the current Sony NX series PDA. You may wish to contact Sony directly to complain.
In the Spring there will be a new keyboard that will be compatible with the Sony NX PDAs."
