I had thin font installed on my 665 and that corrupted my entire system. I tried hard resets and re installation several times with the same results: digitizer went crazy and hardware buttons were out of order. Anyone have the same problem?

I use thin font on my 615 and it's fine, didn't have any problem at all.

I starting to believe Bug Me and Thin Font don't mix together to well. At first, Thin Font worked great and all of a sudden it keeps crahing mty sysem. Maybe I'll redownload the app. and see what happens.

No problems with Thin Font fix on T665. A friend uses it on the T615 with no problems. Neither of us uses Bug Me. There seems to be no interaction with any of our other apps.

I reinstalled Thin Font and no problems now. I deleted Bug Me. I'm glad 'cause Thin Font really makes it easier on my eyes.

Tried Thin Font but prefer the original Hi-Res fonts . . . too bold for me! Thanks for the info though. I like "test driving" new stuff! :)

Thin Font Fix works on my T665 very well. I uninstalled the Thin Font Fix and installed the Font Hack 123 Beta 4.0c, based on someone's earlier post at the end of this message.
The Font Hack installed but does not appear as an application on the Clie. So I went back to Thin Font Fix. I really like the character thickness with the Thin Font Fix.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Alan

Font Hack is at:
http://www.sergem.net/fonthack123/fonthack123-40c.zip
according to an earlier post shown below.

Earlier post follows:
I prefer Lubak's "OS5" Clie font from this package: OS5.pdb
The font metrics are better. Programs like AvantGo would not wrap the text at the right place with the default sony font or the thin font fix font, but the Lubak "OS5" font works great.

You need Font Hack 123 Beta 4.0c. For this font, which also requires a hack manager, but it is worth it.

Font Hack doesn't show up as an app, it is a Hack and shows up in your list of hacks in your Hack manager (which is an app). For it to work, you have to enable it in your hack manager (I use Xmaster for my hack manager, it is freeware) and assign your fonts.

I use both ThinFont and Font Hack with no problems at all. I've never had any problems with ThinFont on either my N610 or my NR.
