I need a detailed step-by step process on how to download music on to my new clie handheld. I am new to this entire mp3 player idea. I need details to help guide me through the process.

No offense, but I'd take a look at the manual first...it should explain to you how to use the SonicGate software to get music onto the memory stick.

I agree that SonicGate sucks, but for the "naive" (and I say that not to be insulting, but b/c he or she is naive to the mp3 thing) user, it requires the least amount of technical training.

I use MSImport and rip/convert or download my own mp3s, but if this person needs "step by step" instructions, that's WAY too many steps (or, if not too many steps, way too much background technical knowledge!)
