set-up SJ30 on a new pc (win xp). loaded sony software (incl. intellisync). All appears to synch except Mail.
On a few attempts, mail took upwards of 20 minutes to sync and was still not complete.
Disabled mail for sync and all other (address, contact, to do, memos) went through perfectly.
How long should mail really take to synch?
I have tried slowing down the speed, historically this has helped on the 1st sync of the device when set-up on a new pc.
tried changing what to sync - unread vice all no help
Should I just hard reset this thing? Or is there a way to wipe out all the mail on the device at once?
There were other things that were kinda kooky with this PDA as well, so I may be better off starting from scratch, NO?
BTW - this is for a client not mine.
