Problem hotsync-ing files to memory stick

Is it just me, or is this a known bug ?

I am having problem hotsync-ing files to the memory stick.

Hotsync on NX says the connection was disconnected.

This doesn't seem to be application conduit specific because I have problem with both Acrobat Reader and Avantgo.

I am using HotSync Manager 4.1.0 on Win2K, sync-ing over WiFi.

I guess I am the only one with this problem....
I wonder where I start the debug process....
